Phillip's School and Tea Time

Emilie and I visited Phillip's school this morning.  We sat through his class' morning meeting, work time, and practice for their class play.  Phillip shined in the performance as he took on the difficult role of a rain drop.

The McFall women then hopped on a train to the big city in search of lunch.

Our travel book suggested the Haas & Haas Teehaus.  We enjoyed coffee, tea, and a light lunch in this charming outdoor restaurant covered in ivy.

Elizabeth and I were overjoyed to relocate our favorite gelateria in Vienna, Zanoni & Zanoni.  Mom and Emilie are now fans too!

Finally we visited the Hundertwasserhaus located off the beaten path in Vienna.  Eliz and I have visited in the past and it once again lived up to its funky reputation.  The colors, unique architecture, and eccentricities make it stand out from the other, more traditional types of architecture in the city.  We love it here!
